What the service includes
Your domain is both the name of your website and the basis for business email addresses. A good address should be readable, memorable and connected to your brand. We help plan registration and configuration, taking into account where the website runs and who provides email.
Choose a name and extension
A short name is easier to share in conversation and on business materials. The extension can reflect the market your business serves. Availability and registry rules must be checked before registration. We help consider address options, but do not promise a name is available before the operator confirms it.
Transfer while keeping control
Moving a domain to another operator does not necessarily mean moving hosting or email. We first review its status, required information and DNS management. Preserving correct records helps plan the change without accidentally disconnecting services. The procedure and timing depend on the extension and the operators involved.
Renewals and registrant information
A domain is maintained for a defined period. Keep track of renewal dates, registrant details and access to the operator account. We help organise the information needed to manage the domain and agree who handles renewals. Domain ownership and the authority to make changes should be clear from the start.
One domain, several uses
A domain can support the main website, email and separate services under subdomains. A new brand should choose its primary address and how additional names will be used. Correct redirects keep the website address consistent. A business name change should also account for existing mailboxes, advertising materials and links that customers already use to reach the company.
Before registration or transfer
Prepare the preferred name and a few alternatives. Describe your market and the services the domain will support. For an existing domain, identify the operator, registrant, expiry date and DNS servers. Do not publish transfer codes in a general request. We will agree how to share the necessary information and who is responsible for ongoing maintenance.
