General terms for x1000.pl hosting, domains, email, VPS, backups and technical support.
The service scope, parameters, deadlines and detailed conditions are set out in the order or individual agreement.
These terms govern services for websites, business email, domains, servers, backups and technical support. Clients agree to use the infrastructure lawfully, according to technical good practice and its intended purpose. Services may be provided to businesses, organisations and individuals. Individual agreements and applicable law govern matters not covered here.
The provider is x1000.pl. The client is the person or organisation using a service. Services include hosting, email, domains, SSL, VPS, migration, backups, website administration and support. The client panel is a system for managing selected services, access, requests or technical settings.
Services may include websites, databases, mailboxes, DNS, domains, certificates, VPS, backups, migration, application setup and support. The scope depends on the agreement, resources and project requirements. Development, extensive repairs, infection removal, audits, optimisation and unusual integrations may require separate arrangements.
Activation follows agreement on scope, delivery of necessary information and any individually specified organisational or payment conditions. Clients provide accurate contact and technical information. Timing depends on the work, client data, DNS propagation, domain procedures and third-party actions.
Hosting is intended for websites, shops, databases, service files and applications compatible with the service parameters. Clients are responsible for the legality, correctness and security of their content, scripts, plugins, themes and applications. They should maintain software and credentials. Outdated software may cause failures, excessive load or vulnerabilities and may require temporary restrictions until corrected.
Email may include mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, webmail, SMTP/IMAP, spam protection and SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Clients are responsible for account use, passwords and lawful messages. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, impersonation and misuse of electronic communication are prohibited. Sending may be restricted or blocked following violations.
Services may include registration, transfer, delegation, DNS and connections to websites, email or external services. Registration and maintenance depend on registry and operator rules. Clients must provide information needed for registration, transfer or renewal in time. DNS changes may become visible gradually due to propagation.
Certificates protect connections between users and services. The provider may install automatic or commercial certificates, configure HTTPS and redirects. Correct operation depends on domain, DNS, server, application and resource settings. Clients should report relevant domain, subdomain or application changes.
A VPS provides more control but requires responsible administration. Responsibility for the operating system, updates, security, configuration and monitoring depends on the agreed model. Clients with administrative access are responsible for actions performed by themselves and anyone to whom they grant access.
Website, email, database and domain migration uses supplied information and an agreed plan. Work may include copies, tests, DNS, SSL and checks after transfer. Clients should supply current access and details of integrations, external services, versions and critical components. Missing information may delay completion or limit verification.
Backups help reduce the impact of failures, update errors, deletions and technical problems. Scope, frequency and retention depend on the service and agreement. Backups do not replace the client’s own archive, especially for critical, accounting, legal, sales or separately processed data. Clients should keep independent copies of important materials.
Clients must protect passwords, keys, tokens, mailboxes and administrative access. Passwords should be strong, unique and shared securely. Suspected disclosure should lead to prompt changes and notification. The provider may use limits, filters, isolation, sending restrictions or temporary disabling to protect infrastructure and other users.
Illegal activity, infringement of third-party rights, disruption and harmful use are prohibited. This includes spam, phishing, malware, botnets, unauthorised scanning, DDoS, bypassing security and unlawful materials. The provider may request correction, restrict access, block functions or suspend a service as necessary to protect infrastructure.
The provider works to maintain stable services according to good practice. Interruptions may arise from failures, maintenance, updates, external operators, networks, unexpected events or user actions. Planned work with a significant service impact is organised to reduce inconvenience where its nature allows.
Support covers supplied services, including hosting, email, DNS, SSL, backups, migration and basic diagnosis. Code repair, template changes, external systems, third-party damage and work outside the scope are not necessarily included and may be performed by separate agreement.
Clients are responsible for published content, rights to materials, lawful activity, accurate contact information, supplied configuration and the actions of people granted access to panels, servers, email or applications.
The provider is responsible for the agreed services. This does not cover effects of client application faults, content errors or external parties, domain operators, registries, networks, payment systems and integrations outside the provider’s direct control.
Information supplied for services is used for client care, orders, technical and administrative communication and security. Both parties protect confidential information obtained through cooperation. Personal data processing may require separate arrangements or an appropriate data processing agreement.
Complaints, technical requests and questions can be submitted through the client panel. Include the problem, service, domain, approximate time and diagnostic details. The provider may request further information, screenshots, logs or confirmation of client actions needed to resolve the matter.
The terms may be updated following changes in services, delivery methods or technical, organisational or legal requirements. The current version is published on x1000.pl.
These general terms organise the basic rules of cooperation. Individual agreements take precedence for specific matters where they remain consistent with applicable law and infrastructure security.
